Our partnerships with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) provide resources to the local community based organizations that provide pre-apprenticeship training, and overcoming obstacles and barriers to employment such as housing, childcare, licensing or certifications, or other needs.

CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS

MWH/Webcor, JV connected Bayview-Hunters Point residents with pathways into the construction trades through partnerships with local community-based organizations that provide pre-apprenticeship training, case management, and other supportive resources. In alignment with the City and County of San Francisco’s Local Hire Policy, the BDFP prioritizes local workforce development and creates opportunities for community members to build careers in the construction industry.
