The BDFP is a once in a generation project that will improve the lives of people in San Francisco. The relationships I’ve formed with the Webcor-MWH team, the PUC and engineers, and our subcontracting partners has had a large impact for me professionally. Working with a number of team members in various departments has allowed me the opportunity to learn a tremendous amount.

This project is unique because the relationship between the managing prime contractor and its sub-tiers is very close. As package prime contractors, we have the opportunity to mentor smaller firms and help them grow. The biggest impact is knowing the people who live in the neighborhood will have work to provide for their families. Our efforts are reflected in the passion the workforce has on site.

I truly enjoy being a part of the Risk and Governance team which allows me to support LBEs through payment and invoicing. The entire team really cares about making a difference in the community and we are dedicated to supporting the success of the Bayview-Hunters Point. The friendships created through the BDFP are priceless

I appreciate the team's support to get us through challenges. The BDFP is a professional environment that allows for career growth while ensuring sitewide safety. I enjoy working with people and building good working relationships with workers and team personnel. I enjoy the fulfillment of completing the project in a safe manner while learning constantly.
