There is a great attitude sitewide on this project that comes from the top. It's easy to come to work every day and the safety culture is extremely good.

I first started as an intern on the BDFPP back in May 2023 and have been working on the BDFP project ever since. I'm proud to work here because I genuinely believe in what we're building. BDFP isn't just a job; we're making a real difference by building the community along with the project. I’m most excited about the technical challenge this project represents. It forces us to think beyond our current methods and requires a level of creativity and problem-solving that I thrive on.

I am proud to work here because of the community we have here and that I get to work alongside many amazing women. Working on the BDFP has given me so much knowledge that I didn't previously have and have meet so many amazing people that now I can say will forever be a part of my circle.

The BDFP is my first and only project at Webcor. I started as a Project Engineer on sitewide yard piping and area 900. oI think that the most exciting thing about this project is its scale and impact. San Francisco is a major city with almost a million residents and many millions of visitors every year. It is crazy to think that this project will serve 80% of those people every day for decades to come. oThis project has given me the opportunity to learn a ton! Before this project, I had only ever worked on small residential steel and miscellaneous metal projects. Now, I have a greater understanding of concrete, structural steel, and architectural finishes at a large scale.
